At FilterBaby, we stand behind our water filtration technology and offer a 60-day risk-free trial to ensure your skin feels the difference. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on all starter kits.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original FilterBaby packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 14 days of receiving your return label to ensure timely processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned filter, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
